I find it hard to prefer one over the other, I like the combat of Java. I do like how you can change your skin whenever on Bedrock tho, I just wish I could make multiplayer custom skin sets. Bedrock has amazing performance and it’s nice being able to play with anyone of my friends regardless of platform. I think the only thing Bedrock has on Java is, cross-play and performance.
I have never run into a game breaking bug throughout my time on Java. I remember a bug where whenever you want to load your world you’d spawn 100 blocks in the air and just fall to your death.
